SUMMARY:
A luxury hospitality property in the Pilanesberg region is seeking an experienced and hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all Food & Beverage operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing service standards, staff performance, stock control, and overall operational efficiency across the F&B department. This role is suited to a mature and guest-focused hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and experience within a high-end lodge or hotel environment.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENT: - Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Manager within a lodge or hospitality environment - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent guest relations and hosting ability - Good understanding of restaurant, bar, and lodge service operations - Strong stock control, ordering, and cost management experience - Ability to manage staff training and performance - Excellent communication and organisational skills - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Hands-on management style essential - Computer literacy essential - Professional appearance and service-driven attitude KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Oversee all Food & Beverage operations and service standards - Manage restaurant, bar, and dining service operations - Ensure exceptional guest experiences and customer satisfaction - Lead, train, and motivate F&B staff - Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships - Monitor food and beverage cost controls and budgets - Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards - Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally - Coordinate closely with kitchen and operational departments - Maintain high presentation and operational standards throughout all service areas - Assist with reporting, administration, and operational planning PACKAGE: - R35,000 (Negotiable - DOE) - Live-in position LOCATION: Pilanesberg - North West
