POSITION INFO:
Our successful Managers in F&B …
· effectively manage the Food and Beverage finance and administration including budgets, financial analysis, management systems and reporting
· access and implement human resource policies and legislative requirements
· apply the latest technology and regulations to source and purchase stock
· develop & implement concepts, policies, procedures and strategies for the Food and Beverage department and all its areas of service to the casino
· ensure that all measures are in place for the quality assurance of supplies, the storeroom and cold storage
· manage all areas related to contractual arrangements
· facilitate effective interdepartmental co-operation
· generate increased revenue from existing business, and proactively create new business opportunities
· work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards.
If you have these qualifications, join our team: (1) Matric (NQF 4); (2) experience in stock management, purchase requirements, business strategy development, market research, competitor analysis and report writing; (3) management experience in product improvement and service delivery in all F&B areas, team management and leadership; (4) at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
