SUMMARY:
To effectively manage all aspects of the maintenance functions and activities of the open cast mine as well as processing operations according to the mine standards
POSITION INFO:
Duties:
Manage and control maintenance processes within the department
Ensure compliance to health and safety requirements
Compile and manage budgets
Ensure compliance to SHREQ
Manage projects
Perform administration: Monthly, weekly and daily reports and financials
Design and implement maintenance policies and procedures
Ensure appropriate staffing requirements
Developed and performance managed staff
Qualifications and requirements:
Degree (B. Eng /B.Sc) Electrical Engineering
GCC Mines & Works & ECSA registered an advantage
Minimum 7 years experience in a heavy engineering / mining industry
Must good experience of maintenance techniques and procedures
Must understand MHS Act and regulations
Only SA FEMALE Citizen
