JOB SUMMARY:
A well-established Automotive Dealership based in Pretoria is looking for an F&I Assistant to join their team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The key role provides support to the Dealership Network by offering an efficient service to customers and the dealership through vehicle finance and the sale of value added products.

This function also entails assisting the Finance and Insurance Manager to maximize gross profit while ensuring that all training, fit and proper, honesty and integrity requirements of the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) are upheld.

Responsibilities will include:

The achievement of agreed performance targets according to budget and sales targets in a high-volume dealership
Maximizing Second Gross Profit
Executing work in line with governance and compliance processes.
Assisting the F&I in ensuring that the dealership remains compliant in accordance with legislation requirements.
Recording and reporting on transactional activities to provide timely and accurate information for decision making in the area of accountability.
Conducting financial needs analysis providing associated sales of value added finance and insurance products.
Inform and educate customers on finance and insurance products.
Consistently enhancing own competence through knowledge development in subject matter and associated industry developments.
Knowledgeable of the NCA, CRA, FAIS and FICA Acts

Qualifications and Experience:

Prior experience in a similar role with a customer services focus within the Automotive Retail Industry or Asset Finance Environment will be beneficial.
Grade 12
FETC (NQF 4) Retail Insurance Qualification with a minimum of 120 credits
In addition, an acquired Regulatory Exam Certificate and NCA Accreditation
Understanding compliance governing the automotive retail industry
Accredited and mandated to perform finance and insurance duties
Able to load applications onto the Signio Platform
Valid Code 08 Drivers License
