POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

Minimum 3 Years’ Experience in a similar role with a proven Track Record
Must be able to handle an average of 20 Units per month
Must be able to perform against Targets
Matric Certificate
NQF 4 Retail or Short-Term Insurance Qualification with a minimum of 120 FAIS Credits (LEGISLATIVE REQUIREMENT)
RE 5 Accreditation (LEGISLATIVE REQUIREMENT)
RE 1 Accreditation | ESSENTIAL
NCA Accreditation (LEGISLATIVE REQUIREMENT)
CPD Hours up to Date for all Cycles
COB Completed
Up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation, trade practices, dealership policies and procedures
Strong communication and negotiation Skill set
