POSITION INFO:

Operating at the commercial heart of the dealership floor, you will serve as the primary link between vehicle sales executives, retail clients, and major financial institutions. Your goal will be to structure optimal vehicle financing packages, provide sound financial advice within statutory limits, and maximize dealership profitability through value-add insurance products. Key Responsibilities: Finance Transaction Facilitation: Manage the complete credit application pipeline, submitting client documentation to major banking partners and negotiating competitive approval structures. Value-Added Products & Cross-Selling: Identify customer needs to cross-sell value-add insurance products, extended warranties, service plans, and tracking devices to optimize deal margins. Financial Advisory & Customer Relations: Provide ethical, transparent, and legally sound financial guidance to vehicle buyers throughout the vehicle purchasing process. Regulatory Governance & Compliance: Safeguard dealership compliance by enforcing strict alignment with FICA regulations, National Credit Act (NCA) standards, and internal risk frameworks. System Management: Leverage digital deal-management platforms (specifically Cignio) to process applications, generate statutory documentation, and ensure swift payout turnaround times. Job Experience and Skills Required: Industry Experience: 4 to 5 years of solid, proven experience operating as an F&I Manager directly within a accredited retail motor dealership environment. Statutory Qualifications & Regulatory Compliance: Fully FAIS compliant with a recognized National Certificate in Financial Services (NCETA Level 4\/5 or equivalent Retail Qualification). Passed Regulatory Examination 5 (RE5) is essential (RE1 qualification is a distinct advantage). Valid National Credit Act (NCA) card\/accreditation. Software Proficiency: Proven, hands-on operational command of the Cignio finance portal and dealership management software.
