SUMMARY:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced F&I Manager to join a reputable motor dealership based in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing finance and insurance deals for customers, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards, and providing excellent service throughout the financing process.
POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate finance and insurance transactions for vehicle purchases
- Present finance and insurance options clearly to customers
- Submit applications to banks/finance houses and secure approvals
- Ensure all documentation is compliant with regulatory and dealership policies
- Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions
- Track deals, submit reports, and meet monthly targets
- Advise clients on value-added products (warranties, insurance, etc.)
- Ensure CPD requirements and regulatory obligations are maintained
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth client experience
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and compliance documentation
Minimum Requirements:- Grade 12
- Minimum 2–3 years of F&I experience at a motor dealership
- RE5 Certificate
- All CPD points are up to date and compliant
- Valid driver’s licence
- Strong understanding of F&I legislation, NCR regulations, and dealership operations
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
- Proficient in digital systems used in the automotive finance process
