SUMMARY:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join a dealership team in Alberton, Gauteng. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving profitability by offering tailored finance and insurance solutions, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Structure finance deals accurately and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements (FAIS & NCA).
- Present finance and insurance products to customers and ensure transparent communication.
- Build and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and insurance providers.
- Ensure all documentation is completed and submitted correctly.
- Support the sales team with deal structuring and closing.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
Requirements:- Grade 12 / Matric essential.
- RE5 Certification and FAIS accreditation (non-negotiable).
- Proven track record as an F&I Manager in the motor industry.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and compliance knowledge.
- Strong customer service orientation and ethical standards.
- Valid driver’s license and clear criminal record.
