A high-performing, multifranchised dealership is seeking an experienced and driven F&I Manager to join their Pre-Owned Sales Floor. The ideal candidate must be able to manage a high-volume environment, processing up to 70 deals per month while maintaining exceptional accuracy and compliance.

- Proven experience as a Finance & Insurance Manager within the automotive industry
- Strong ability to manage high deal volumes and strict turnaround times
- Excellent knowledge of FAIS, FICA, NCA, and all compliance requirements
- Ability to structure profitable deals while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive under pressure
- Professional communication and customer-facing skills
