FINANCIAL ADVISER

ROLE OVERVIEW:
Our client is looking for a self-motivated individual with a passion for championing our valued customers by enhancing their financial wellness and achieving their life goals. This role provides advice on a wide range of products and
solutions and is individually accountable for achieving results through their own efforts.

The Ideal Candidate for a Financial Adviser must be able to provide appropriate financial advice, in line with the customer’s financial goals and planned lifestyle needs. Enabling a positive financial future, protecting their customer's assets and estate. Proactively provide appropriate advice to customers.

The Role
Conducts needs analysis to understand and enhance customers financial wellness.
Creates quality financial plans for customers that addresses their financial wellness needs.
Engages customers on the best fit for purpose product and/or solution in adhering to the financial needs cycle.
Identify opportunities for sales of products and services with existing customers.
Works mainly on own leads- generating leads through networking and relationship building, resulting in ongoing
customer interaction and relationship management.
Understands and adapts an approach to meet the needs of the customer.

You will be part of a matrix reporting structure to the Franchise Principal and Sales Manager/Senior Financial Adviser
Personality Attributes and Competencies
• Grade 12 with post-matric qualification equivalent of NQF5
• RE and relevant CPD/COB.
• 18+ months financial industry experience (Field Adviser)
• Confident and enthusiastic self-starter who can take initiative
• Customer obsessed
• Hands-on, energetic, and action orientation
• Skilled communicator and relationship builder
• Results orientation (sales/target focused)
• Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment

Remuneration Package and Benefits
