POSITION INFO:
To thrive in this exciting opportunity, you'll possess:

A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Successful completion of your professional articles.
At least 2 years of post-article experience.
A recognized professional qualification (CA/CIMA) is highly valued.
Proven track record of success in a financial management role.
Strong leadership potential and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
In-depth understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements within the agricultural sector.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for identifying trends and opportunities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building rapport across all levels.
Proficiency in financial software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
