POSITION INFO:

Join our client, based in Cape Town CBD, as Financial Manager.

A detailed job description will be provided, but it is important that you have experience as an Accountant or FM in the logistics & transport sector. You will not be considered if you don’t have previous financial experience working in the logistics sector or if you don’t have a completed financial degree. CIMA is first prize.

Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing budgets, presentations pack, preparing management accounts and reporting on variances. Interpreting variances and providing solutions. Costings, capital expenditure, monitor and managing delivery cost.

Qualifications

Completed financial degree
CIMA will be highly advantageous
Previous financial experience as Accountant or Management accountant in the logistics and transport industry
Proven experience preparing management accounts
Proven experience of implementation of financial controls and costing projects
