The Role We are seeking a Fixed Term Night Auditor to oversee the overnight operations of a luxury wine estate in Franschhoek. This role requires a composed and detail-oriented individual who can work independently, ensuring that all financial, operational, and guest-facing elements are handled with care and precision during the night shift. What You’ll Be Responsible For Managing front desk operations during overnight shifts Performing daily financial reconciliations, audits, and reporting Handling late check-ins and early departures with professionalism and warmth Ensuring the safety, security, and smooth running of the property overnight Preparing operational and financial reports for the day team Maintaining a calm and welcoming presence for any guest needs during the night Ensuring all systems and processes are accurately completed and handed over What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a Night Auditor or front office role within hospitality Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work independently and take full responsibility for the shift Professional communication and presentation skills A calm, composed approach under minimal supervision What Sets You Apart A natural eye for detail and precision Strong sense of accountability and ownership The ability to remain focused and consistent during quiet periods A calm, reassuring presence for guests Pride in accuracy and completing tasks thoroughly   If you are detail-oriented, dependable, and take pride in ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes, we invite you to apply.
