SUMMARY:
An exclusive Luxury Lodge is seeking a professional and guest-focused Front of House / Food & Beverage Supervisor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences, strong leadership skills, and a solid understanding of luxury service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage Front of House and Food & Beverage operations
- Ensure seamless guest service and attention to detail throughout the lodge experience
- Supervise and train service staff to maintain 5-star hospitality standards
- Manage dining room setup, guest hosting, and special dining experiences
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen, housekeeping, and management teams
- Monitor stock control, service quality, and guest satisfaction
POSITION INFO:
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a FOH or F&B supervisory role within a luxury lodge or 5-star hospitality environment
- Excellent communication, leadership, and guest-relations skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Well-presented, professional, and passionate about service excellence
- Hospitality qualification advantageous
