• Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality/restaurant industry
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Sound knowledge of POS systems, cash-up procedures and basic administration
• Ability to train staff
• Willing to work retail/flexible shifts, weekends and public holidays
