FP&A Accountant

We’re Hiring: FP&A Accountant, based Durban, within the IT Services industry!

POSITION INFO:
Are you a finance professional with a solid foundation in accounting, a keen interest in the technology sector, and a drive to go beyond the numbers? This is a key position within the finance team, focused on financial planning and analysis. You’ll be responsible for turning financial data into meaningful insights, supporting decision-making, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the business. Duties:

• Prepare and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial models
• Analyse monthly performance and deliver management reports and dashboards
• Collaborate with Department Heads to understand and influence financial drivers
• Assist with strategic planning, business cases, and cost management
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within finance

• Qualifications:
  • BCom Degree in Accounting/Finance or similar
  • Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles
• Experience:
  • 3 to 5 years post-articles experience, preferably in a commercial environment
