Job description: Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts Perform monthly financial analysis and reporting Prepare detailed variance analysis and provide commentary on business performance Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end reporting processes Analyse key business drivers, trends and KPI performance Prepare management reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders Assist with financial planning and scenario analysis Support cost optimisation and business improvement initiatives Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required Skills & Experience: Minimum 1-3 years' of experience within FP&A, Financial Analysis, Management Accounting or Financial Accounting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced Excel skills Financial modelling experience advantageous Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Qualification: Completed SAICA or SAIPA Articles BCom Accounting, Finance or related degree Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
