Key Responsibilities:
- Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles across business units
- Build and maintain financial models that turn raw data into decision-ready insights
- Analyse performance trends and identify opportunities to optimise revenue and cost
- Prepare management and variance reports with strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive financial discipline and performance visibility
Job Experience and Skills Required:- BCom in Accounting / Finance / Business Analytics – essential
- 2–5 years’ experience in FP&A, business analysis, or financial modelling
- Proven analytical ability and problem-solving mindset
- Strong Excel and data manipulation skills; exposure to BI tools advantageous
- Excellent communication skills – able to explain complex numbers in simple terms
- Strong academics with transcripts required
