SUMMARY:
A fast-growing tech-driven business is looking for a highly analytical FP&A Analyst to support strategic decision-making through financial modelling, forecasting, and performance analysis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, data-driven environment and enjoys turning numbers into actionable insights.
POSITION INFO:
Reporting to the Head of FP&A, the FP&A Analyst will be responsible for building and refining financial models, partnering with regional finance teams, and delivering high-quality reports and dashboards. The role involves budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and supporting strategic initiatives through data-driven insights.
Skills & Experience:
Build and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
Analyse variances and provide insights on performance against targets
Collaborate with regional teams to develop accurate forecasts
Advanced Excel and 3-statement modelling experience
Identify opportunities to automate and streamline financial processes
Strong academic foundation in financial modelling and analysis
Qualification:
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
