POSITION INFO:
As the FP&A Analyst, you will partner with key stakeholders, analyze financial trends, develop dashboards, and provide valuable commercial insights to support business performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgeting processes
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and commercial opportunities
- Build and automate dashboards and management reporting packs
- Partner with business units to provide financial insights and performance analysis
- Assist with strategic planning, KPI tracking, and scenario modelling
- Improve reporting efficiencies and support data-driven decision-making
Job Experience and Skills Required:
Education:
- BCom Honours in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- CA(SA) qualification is a non negotiable
Experience:
- 3–5 years’ experience within FP&A, Commercial Finance, Business Analytics, or related roles
- Experience within fintech, financial services, technology, or fast-paced commercial environments advantageous
- Strong exposure to data analysis, reporting automation, and financial modelling
- Experience working with large datasets and multiple reporting systems
Skills:
- Advanced Excel skills
- Power BI, Tableau, or similar dashboarding tools
- SQL, Power Query, or data visualization experience advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
