Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling, scenario planning, forecasting, and complex data analysis. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand business operations and translate complex data into meaningful insights. The ability to design and develop reporting that unpacks complex business scenarios and enables better strategic and operational decision-making. Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the confidence to challenge, influence, and partner with senior leadership. Job Experience and Skills Required: CIMA, ACCA, BCom Honours Finance, or equivalent finance qualification Additional FP&A or commercial finance qualifications will be advantageous. 5 - 10 years' progressive finance experience.
