SUMMARY:
Leading South African FMCG & Retail entity has a vacancy for a FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) Manager. *Please note that this role is applicable to SAICA registered Chartered Accountants CA(SA) only.

POSITION INFO:

Job & Company Description:

Our client is a well-recognised entity within the FMCG and Retail sector and they are currently recruiting for a FP&A Manager. The focus of the role is to assist with providing a full scope of the business performance and providing the business with financial plans, forecasts and recommendations which are crucial in management’s decision-making process. The successful incumbent must be a SAICA registered Chartered Accountant CA(SA) with experience in the FMCG, Retail or similar industry sector.

Duties:

• Financial Analysis for short and long-term financial planning
• Financial Planning and Guidance to support decision making processes
• Budgets & Forecasts
• Profit vs Loss Statements
• Financial & Business Modelling
• Group Valuation Options
• Supply Chain Management & Reporting
• Project Management
• Liaise with Sales & Marketing
• Stakeholder Engagement

Qualifications & Experience:

• Non-Negotiable: Qualified Chartered Accountant CA(SA)
• No less than 5 years’ post article experience within a similar role
• Must come from FMCG, Retail or similar industry background
• Must have experience performing the above mentioned duties
• Must have a stable work history
• Must have sound communication and negotiation skills

Skills:

• Advanced MS Excel skills
• SAP or Hyperion experience beneficial
