We’re partnering with a leading player in a fast-paced, inventory-driven industry to find an experienced FP&A Manager to step into a high-impact 7-month contract based in Cape Town's northern suburbs.

This is your chance to join a dynamic, forward-thinking team and use your commercial acumen to influence real business decisions from day one.

Duties Include (Not Limited To):

Take the lead on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
Perform in-depth variance analysis across sales, margins, and inventory
Collaborate with commercial and operations teams to deliver actionable insights
Enhance and build financial models to optimise supply chain performance
Deliver accurate, timely monthly management reports and key performance metrics

Education:

Qualified CA(SA)

Experience:

4+ years’ experience within a similar required
Inventory-based environment experience beneficial
Budget and forecasting experience required
