POSITION INFO:
Lead the full FP&A function, driving budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling processes. Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth, cost efficiency and profitability, partner with operations, supply chain and commercial teams to align financial plans with business objectives. Analyse manufacturing performance, variances and key drivers to inform decision-making. Develop dashboards, reports and tools that improve visibility and support executive management.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- CIMA fully qualified
- com degree in accounting
- 10 years relevant manufacturing experience
