- Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across multiple business units.
- Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Monitor performance against budget and identify key drivers of variances.
- Partner with operational and commercial teams to drive profitability and cost efficiency.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business initiatives and scenario planning.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive review.
- Oversee month-end and quarter-end financial performance reviews.
- Support pricing, margin analysis, and product profitability initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, reporting processes, and data integrity.
- Ensure alignment between finance and operations through proactive business partnering.
This role reports to the Head of Finance.
Job Experience and Skills Required:- CA(SA)
- 7 to 8 years Post Articles
- 5 years of relevant manufacturing experience in a Controller or FP&A Role
