Job Description: This position involves: Leading the financial planning and analysis function for the SSA market Delivering integrated 3-year strategic business plans aligned to global priorities Driving budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling Overseeing monthly and quarterly financial reporting and variance analysis Providing strategic insights on financial risks and opportunities Partnering cross-functionally with teams including Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Global stakeholders Building and presenting executive-level financial reports and presentations Supporting performance tracking and key business initiatives Driving financial efficiency and KPI tracking Skills & Experience: 6-8 years' experience in FP&A role Strong financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting expertise Knowledgeable of IFRS and financial reporting standards Experience with tools like SAP, Power Bi, SQL, Essbase, Hyperion, and Excel Ability to translate complex data into clear strategic insights Qualification: CA (SA) or CIMA qualified For more information connect with us on and Register your CV to create a profile and to view all our Financial recruitment vacancies.
