FRANCHISE MANAGER / RESTAURANT OPERATIONS MANAGER ((NELSPRUIT)

Formal Education: Preferably Suitable/ Appropriate tertiary qualification

Experience/ Requirements

• At least 5 years franchising management / Restaurant Operations experience
• Computer Literacy
• Financial Numeracy
• Highly presentable with strong communication skills
• Strong business acumen
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong “hands on” operational bias
• Self-motivated, ambitious, energetic, self-starter
• Willingness to travel extensively and work outside of normal business hours when necessary

You will need to reside in NELSPRUIT or surrounding area.
