SUMMARY:
The Front Office Attendant will provide a range of guest services, including airport or local transfers, handling luggage, offering guests assistance, and supporting the overall guest experience. This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. A valid PDP (Professional Driving Permit) is a requirement.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Transport guests safely and comfortably to and from the airport, local destinations, and hotel events
Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel vehicle(s)
Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel, and trip logs
Adhere to all traffic laws and hotel driving protocols
Provide personalized service, such as assisting guests with unpacking/packing or room service coordination
Respond to guest requests efficiently and discreetly
Offer local recommendations and assistance with bookings or arrangements
Deliver items to rooms promptly (e.g., luggage, amenities, messages)
Greet guests warmly at arrival and assist with luggage
Escort guests to rooms and provide a brief orientation of the facilities
Handle and store luggage safely and efficiently
Assist with guest check-out and arrange transportation as needed
