Our very well known Electronic Engineering company is looking for a Fabrication Manager coming out of the transformer industry to join their team in Heidelberg

POSITION INFO:

Job Summary:
This role involves overseeing all aspects of fabrication processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise the fabrication team
Develop and implement fabrication procedures
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Oversee equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
Collaborate with engineering and production teams
Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Fabrication Manager in the Transformer Industry
Strong knowledge of fabrication processes and equipment
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively
Degree in Engineering or related field
