Facilities Manager

SUMMARY:
Responsible for ensuring a successful and profitable facilities management service in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Operations

• Service level agreements

• Standard processes, procedures and documents

• Preventative and reactive maintenance schedules

• Procurement

• Project management of selected projects

• Technical assessments

• Workshop management

• Budgets

• Profitability

• Financial benchmarking with industry norms

• Profitability ratios

• Build on existing client relations

• Become actively involved in the FM industry (SAPOA, SAFMA, etc)

• Expansion of existing services

• Identification of potential FM work in the Western Cape

• Facilities Management qualification or similar
• Extensive management experience
• Experience managing a large portfolio
• At least five years contract management and negotiation experience
• • Industry knowledge such as latest trend in SLA''s;
  •  FM cost models; FM operational models; FM contracts; latest trend in FM tenders; project management principles, procedures and processes.
