JOB DESCRIPTION:

Overview:

The role is responsible for all the operational aspects of running the mall and the management of all core operational staff, including handymen, service providers etc. The position reports into the Centre Manager and/or the Group Facilities Manager, and has a Building Supervisor and Handmen as subordinates.


The ideal candidate:

  • Strong management and organisational skills
  • Solid financial management, budget and planning experience and knowledge
  • Able to withstand pressure and work well in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of systems/software skills (MS Office etc.)
  • Property Management / Commercial Property experience is essential!



Minimum requirements to apply:

  • A bachelor’s degree or similar, in a complementary field
  • Proven track record of operations management and performance management in a retail Centre management environment.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the property facilities management industry.
