POSITION INFO:
PURPPOSE OF JOB:
Take responsibility for all outstanding on the CAB System and report hourly numbers to manager
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
This position will be responsible for the following 4 Key Performance Areas:
1. Financial KPA: Action on all Outstanding batches from CAB system and report any production changes to manager
2. Customer KPA: Ensure Customer tyres are out of the factory in time.
3. Operational KPA: Report any problems to the Factory manager / Hourly numbers to be given to Factory manager
4. Learn & Grow KPA: Motivating self to learn in more areas

Financial Responsibilities:
· Action on all Outstanding batches from CAB system and report any production changes to manager
Customer Responsibilities:
· Making sure all tyres on the Outstanding is out on time as per SOP
· Any changes to be reported to Factory Manager first
Operational Responsibilities:
· Report hourly numbers of staff to manager
· Making sure that the outstanding tyre goes out first
Learn & Grow Responsibilities:
· Batches to be checked and report if any problems
