SUMMARY:
An established clothing manufacturer and supplier is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Factory Administrator/ Coordinator to join their dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all administrative and operational functions within the fabric department, ensuring accurate stock control, smooth workflow, and timely communication between departments.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily administrative and coordination tasks within the fabric department.
Capture and maintain accurate records of fabric receipts, issues, and returns on Sync.
Process GRVs, carton transfers, and adjustments for all fabric-related transactions.
Track and update fabric stock levels, ensuring real-time accuracy and availability.
Liaise with the warehouse, trims, and production teams to ensure seamless material flow.
Maintain up-to-date documentation for all fabrics, including delivery notes and supplier information.
Prepare and distribute fabric reports for management review.
Support management with ad hoc administrative and operational tasks.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a fabric, stock control, or factory administration role within the clothing/textile industry.
Proficiency in Sync (essential).
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Ability to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
