JOB SUMMARY:
Factory Manager – Midrand - Must be local Chinese

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Daily Management:

Operation Analysis:

Submit factory monthly budget.

Analysis of the factory monthly operation report.

Production Planning:

Make monthly and weekly production plan according to the stock condition and sales plan .

Place spare parts order to headquarter to meet the production of following three months.

Quality Management:

Analyze monthly production quality data, and making improvement according to the existing problem.

Analyse the monthly return order data, and making improvement according to the existing problem.

Stock Management:

Strictly control the warehousing of product and materials.

Cooperate with the auditors to complete the annual and semi-annual audit work, submit audit materials, support the inventory audit work.

Personnel Management:

Sign the contract with employees and assign the position responsibility.

Supervision of the production regulations and personnel assessment.

ISO System Management:

ISO9001 Quality System Certification.

ISO14001&45001 System Certification.

DIT Localization:

According to the localization requirements, make and meet the localization production plan (including production localization, procurement localization, etc.)

Tenant Management:

Negotiation and confirmation of the tenant contract and Rent.

SAP:

SAP production work order creation, warehouse receipt of the meter, material delivery and receipt, overtaking order management, etc.

Others:

Contact local company for maintenance of equipment and plant, etc.

Process Operation:

Order Input:

Including order scheme configuration, process document preparation, production software debugging, production equipment and tooling import.

Equipment Maintenance:

Production equipment repair and maintenance.

Production and Procurement:

Domestic Procurement and local procurement, domestic procurement needs to place orders, follow up, delivery and receipt.

SAP:

Process route maintenance.
