Factory Supervisor - Packaging

SUMMARY:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and hands-on Factory Supervisor on behalf of a well-established packaging manufacturing company. This role is ideal for a proactive leader with a strong background in factory operations who thrives in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure targets are met efficiently
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of operators and production staff
• Monitor production quality and ensure adherence to company standards and safety regulations
• Optimize workflow, reduce downtime, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure proper shift handovers and accurate reporting on production performance
• Address operational challenges promptly and effectively

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a factory or manufacturing environment (packaging industry experience advantageous)
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Willingness and ability to work shifts (including nights and weekends, where required)
• Solid understanding of health & safety regulations in a manufacturing setting
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
