Company situated 15km from Pietermaritzburg is seeking an experienced Farm Manager to join their team!

The following skills will be required:

A working knowledge of Zulu is essential
Oral and Written Communication
Organizational
Time Management
Attention to detail
Computer literacy
Minimum code EB driver’s licence (non-endorsed)

The desired applicant must have a diploma from an agricultural college and have at least 5 years’ experience in a senior supervisory role.

The chosen applicant will be responsible for, inter alia,

Allocation of daily tasks and supervision of employees
General farm duties, including but not limited to, growing and ensiling hybrid grasses
The general management of the infrastructure matters, including but not limited to all routine housekeeping, e.g., water reticulation, irrigation and drainage, road surfaces etc.
