FARM MANAGER
Eastern Cape, Joubertina, Langkloof
R35 000 - R50 000 CTC (Incl. medical and pension) + Housing

Our client in the Eastern Cape is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Farm Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of fruit production, with a focus on pome fruit

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

A relevant tertiary qualification in Agriculture or a related field
3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Farm Manager, preferably in large-scale pome fruit production
Practical knowledge of fertilization, crop protection and irrigation practices
Experience in labour audits and managing workforce compliance
Efficient in basic Microsoft Excel, including data capturing and productivity tracking.
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and improve productivity
Ability to work independently, take initiative and implement problem-solving strategies
