Our client in the Eastern Cape is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Farm Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of fruit production, with a focus on pome fruit

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Agriculture or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Farm Manager, preferably in large-scale pome fruit production
• Practical knowledge of fertilization, crop protection and irrigation practices
• Experience in labour audits and managing workforce compliance
• Efficient in basic Microsoft Excel, including data capturing and productivity tracking.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and improve productivity
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and implement problem-solving strategies
