POSITION INFO:

Well known fast food shop is seeking the expertise of an Area Operations Manager overseeing four fast food outlets in Pretoria Central.

Minimum requirements:

• Completed Grade 12
• Industry related certificates or programme attendance
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
• Min 5 years’ experience as an Area Manager/Restaurant Manager within the fast food industry
• Proven track record (references and background screening will be done)
• Computer Literate -  MS Word, Excel and Outlook – POS system experience

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of four fast food stores
• Planning, organizing and training of staff members
• Stock loss investigation and implementation of internal processes for the prevention of shrinkage
• Daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Motivation and management of staff
• Establishing and maintaining acceptable profitability in the business
