SUMMARY:
A digital product and technology environment is looking for an experienced Feature Analyst to translate business needs into clear functional solutions across complex delivery initiatives. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll lead requirements analysis, process mapping, backlog refinement, and solution alignment within agile delivery environments.

POSITION INFO:
This role suits someone with strong analysis experience who can confidently manage stakeholder engagement, facilitate workshops, support delivery processes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. You'll also help guide best practices and support collaboration across teams. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions Analyse current and future-state processes and recommend improvements Support backlog management and delivery planning activities Conduct feasibility assessments and contribute to solution recommendations Produce clear documentation, process flows, and supporting materials Support continuous improvement and collaboration across teams Key Requirements Experience in business, systems, or functional analysis Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Experience working within project or delivery-focused environments Good problem-solving and process improvement capability Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across teams Strong analytical, documentation, and organisational skills Exposure to agile or collaborative delivery methodologies
