Our client is seeking a motivated and hands-on Junior Feedmill Team Leader to assist with the daily supervision of feedmill operations and production staff. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 \/ Matric. Previous experience in a feedmill, manufacturing or production environment. Basic understanding of production processes and machinery. Ability to supervise and motivate a team. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work shifts and overtime when required. Safety and quality conscious.
