A breathtaking lodge is looking for a FIELD GUIDE / FOH ASSISTANT

POSITION INFO:
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and dedicated Field Guide / Front of House Assistant to help create unforgettable safaris and personalized service in this stunning landscape setting. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, love engaging with guests, and have a passion for conservation and hospitality, please apply. This private nature reserve covers 60 000 hectares and the lodge sleeps a maximum of 12 guests at a time, with 6 luxurious suites.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• FGASA level 1/2
• Must have a valid drivers license and PrPD
• Must have a valid First Aid and ARH
• Well-spoken, personable and able to communicate very well with guests and team members
• Positive attitude and approach towards team work
• Hands on approach towards the guest experience
• Excellent guest interaction with good hosting skills - this is very important
• At least 2 years experience in a 4* or 5* lodge setting
• No pets or dependants
• Must reference very well
