POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular client visits within your assigned base to strengthen relationships and grow revenue.

• Develop new business opportunities with current clients, driving sales through face-to-face engagement and follow-ups.

• Perform a minimum of six client visits per day, focusing on maintenance, development, and acquisition.

• Plan client visits ahead of time to ensure consistent contact and engagement.

• Acquire at least four new First-Time Buyers (FTBs) each month.

• Network to discover new business leads and prospects.

• Develop strategies to convert promising prospects into major account clients.

• Ensure customer retention exceeds 90%.

• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly to minimize revenue loss.

• Maintain a sales pipeline that accounts for at least 40% of your total portfolio revenue.

• Achieve daily shipment volume targets in alignment with company objectives.

• Collaborate across teams (Sales, Finance, Operations) to drive growth.

• Keep detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Matric (Grade 12)

• Tertiary Qualification: Preferably a commercial degree/diploma or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a field sales role, ideally within logistics or a similar industry.

• Driver’s License: Valid, with a reliable vehicle.

• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication (verbal and written), and relationship management skills.
