JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

Identify in-store training needs and provide training
Operational support to franchises
Operational Evaluations and suggest corrective actions where necessary
Identify problem stores and implement plans to assist the franchises
Assist franchises with marketing tools
Protect brand integrity via implementation and measurement of franchise standards
Act as Brand custodian

Purpose of Job:

The role of a Field Service Consultant is to manage, develop and grow our franchise partners and contribute towards the brand becoming the brand of choice for both potential franchisees and consumers / clients.

Job Requirements:

Matric
Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English)

At least 2-years Franchise support experience an advantage
Willing to travel. Will be required to stay away from home
