SUMMARY:
Join a leading provider of analytical and medical instrumentation. Provide technical support and maintenance for advanced lab equipment. Ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

POSITION INFO:

Brief Description:

Install, maintain, and repair analytical instruments such as ICP, GC, GC-MS, LC, and IC systems
Perform troubleshooting and calibration to meet compliance standards
Deliver on-site technical support and training to clients
Document service activities and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with internal teams for technical upgrades and customer feedback

Skills and experience

Hands-on experience with analytical instruments (ICP, GC, GC-MS, LC, IC)
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Familiarity with electronics and mechanical systems in instrumentation

Qualification:

National Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or chemical Engineering
Minimum 2 years’ experience in field service or instrumentation support
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel

Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
