Field Service Engineer - Medical Diagnostics

Minimum requirements for the role:

• An Electronic Engineering Diploma or equivalent Engineering qualification is essential.
• Previous experience having worked as a Field Service Engineer or related with blood bank experience will be an advantage.
• The successful candidate must be computer literate and be fluent in English; must have the ability to learn new technologies and work under pressure and must have good time management skills as well as strong communication skills.
• Previous experience having worked on Salesforce is preferred but not essential as the Company will provide training.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Administrating and to escalating to 2^nd level support.
• Supporting the Customer in having their equipment running effectively. 
• Executing all service activities on technical equipment, including but not exclusive to installation, maintenance, diagnosis, emergency repairs as planned by the local operation.
• Maximising equipment performance in line with guidelines and specialist direction.
• Managing all administration tasks within a given time frame including call feedback, expense claims and technical updates and daily administration necessary to complete the role.
• Liaising and working with the local Sales Teams to meet market and business requirements.
• Complying with the service training and manuals provided, working at all times within the local health and safety guidelines and maintaining quality standards through everything done.
• Representing service as required at internal or external meetings.
• Maintaining accurate records of personal parts inventory, ensuring the quality of all parts remain in the condition and packaging with parts numbers as received.

Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
