SUMMARY:
Company based in Centurion is looking for the above ASAP.

POSITION INFO:

Organize and manage an onsite support team of 18 engineers, ensure that agile goals and objectives are perceived as attainable
End to end operational case management when calls are dispatched to an onsite subcontractor when required
Provide necessary business information and reporting
Create and maintain channels to enable team members to develop and do their work
Follow through on action assignments
Report team progress and decisions made to the Service Director, concerned sales and marketing teams
Give guidance to team members; ensure that each member is productive and receives team-based recognition
Provide daily, weekly, monthly analysis of the Field Service business process and planning software log files as well as data modelling and detailed reporting of backlog
Support requests from the organization that are directed to the Field Service team and sub-contractor
Create, enhance, update, and support the design and delivery of the company Field Service policies
Resolution of the raised Service Requests – assist with resolution of support requests raised against the central team by NSO and Support Planner / Field Service Engineer (FSE) interaction
Accountable for escalations, customer site visits when required and to provide full resolution

Requirements:

Previous technical experience on office automation products
Matric with relevant technical diploma or degree
Should have at least 5 years’ service manager experience in the office automation industry
