An amazing new position is available for a Field Service Technician / Millwright to join a world leader in the spares industry.

My client, based in Boksburg, is looking to expand their already successful business. If you enjoy working with energetic people, then this is the company to join. They source their products from all over the world. Part of your duties will include maintenance and installations, site management and staff management.

Education:

Millwright Trade Certificate:Â Section 26d / 13
BTech Mechanical Engineer / Electrical Engineer

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Experience in the Mining as well as earth moving equipment and / or industrial equipment industry.
Extensive experience and knowledge of PLC systems, fault finding and trouble shooting abilities.
Extensive experience and knowledge of hydraulic systems.
Must be able to read and interpreted both electrical and hydraulic schematics and understand their codes and symbols.
Contracts management
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge about:
- Clutches and brakes
- Draglines, dozers, dump trucks, FEL, TLBâs (all earthmoving equipment including underground mining equipment like JOY, FLSmidth) etc.
Client liaison experience.
Implementation of HSEQ.
