JOB SUMMARY:
Well established company based in the Benoni Area is urgently looking for an experienced Field Service Technician to join their team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties & Responsibilities

To conduct general servicing and repairs to refrigeration compressed air dryers/ Twin tower dryers.
To diagnose faults on site/ office on compressed air dryers and to provide clear feedback (via WhatsApp/ app / email) to service coordinator for reporting/ quotation /Invoice purposes.
To Manage basic spare parts and stock order/s for field service vehicle / provided feedback to service coordinator for ordering purposes (via WhatsApp/ app / email)
To ensure tools and primary equipment is reliable and presentable.
To assist in customer service tasks on site with customers related to service and repairs of their plants.
To Commission new plants on site - country wide, local and aboard.
Willing to travel, within South African and aboard. (Flying, and Motor Vehicle)

Desired Experience & Qualification

Knowledge in the compressed air industry (Refrigeration / twin tower compressed air dryers) and products – essential
Completed a refrigeration course with qualifications - essential.
Knowledge of electrical wiring/ systems / Plc – essential.
Knowledge of compressed air piping, valves and layouts.
Strong Knowledge and ability of braising techniques – essential
Experience with App based job card processing / completion
Valid Drivers License - EB
No Criminal Record
