The site manager takes overall responsibility for the successful management of the filling station
POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:
- Must have completed Grade 12
- Must have excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written skills
- Computer literate in MS Office Suite AND Excel specifically
- Must be a team leader and be able to lead a team well
- Customers focused
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports on cash-ups, day-end banking, dippings, and cash collections
- Plan and oversee shift changes
- Ensure proper maintenance of all operational systems
- Manage staff and ensure on-going staff training
- Ensure SHEQ and all statutory compliances
- Take responsibility for all stock onsite, including fuel and Convenience Shop
- Responsible for staff hours and wages
